Asian Coleslaw

I quickly copied this recipe from a book my friend had at our neighbourhood yard sale this spring. Unfortunately, I failed to note the book it was from. If you know the source, feel free to comment and I'll give credit where it is due! We have enjoyed this colourful slaw with a variety of veggies this summer, but it would be a great vinaigrette on mixed greens too.

1/2 C vegetable oil
1/4 C rice vinegar
1 Tblsp soya sauce
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t sesame oil

Combine all ingredients and mix well. 

Serve with any combination of the following (or use your imagination):
Cabbage
Bok choy
Green Onions
Snow Peas
Bean Sprouts
Zucchini
Dried Cranberries
Slivered Almonds
