I found this recipe when I needed to bake something to take to a get-together, but was low on butter. A great sweet recipe when you are working with pantry ingredients!
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, cut into chunks
In bowl beat together oil and sugars. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Combine first three dry ingredients, and gradually beat in to wet ingredients. Mix in 3/4 c. of chocolate chunks. Spread into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chunks. Bake for for approximately 25 minutes or until light golden brown at the edges.
