My mom's peanut butter fudge is the easiest recipe ever. It's perfect when you need to throw a sweet together in a hurry. Recently, we found out that one of our sons is highly allergic to peanuts. We are 'de-peanuting' our pantry, so I made these to take elsewhere and use up our peanut butter.
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup margarine
3 1/4 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
In microwave, melt PB and margarine for about 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla and add icing sugar. Spread into 9X9 pan lined with tin foil (or greased) and refrigerate.
