Fudgeo Cheesecake

Josh asks me to make cheesecake all the time, but I generally only make it for special occasions. His birthday is occasion enough to make cheesecake, and to invent my own recipe to use his favourite cookies, Fudgeos. I combined a few recipes to come up with this, and it turned out great.

1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3-8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups Fudgeos, chopped

Combine crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of a 10-inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until set. Set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in cookie pieces. Carefully spread cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until filling is almost set. Turn off oven and allow cake and oven to cool together.

Your blog came up with a picture of the delicious cheesecake you made with Fudgee-o's and I'm wondering if you would be willing to share the recipe with me?
