I made
this cheesecake (holds the nuts) for my Dad's birthday on Christmas Eve. Before adding chocolate to the cheese mixture, I reserved a little plain cheese mixture to swirl on top...just to make it prettier since I wouldn't be garnishing with nuts.
It was very good - and super rich. Using melted chocolate definitely made for a dense cake!
