1 small yellow onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
Handful of snow peas
Handful of green beans
1/2 Cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
Toss vegetables in a man over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook until onions are slightly transparent.
1 Tblsp canola oil2 Tblsp rice vinegar
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp red chili paste
2 tsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Combine all ingredients and toss with the cooked veggies in the pan. Allow to simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve over jasmine rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
